With General Election 2016 fast approaching, now is the time for people with disabilities and their families to get active on issues that affect them. For this reason DFI are holding a national forum, led by Martin Naughton, on Saturday 5th December in Dublin to bring together those interested in campaigning on disability issues. We have to ensure that the voice of people with disabilities and the families are at the forefront of election 2016. By joining together and coordinating a campaign we can be stronger together.
The forum will include:
• Overview of DFI Election Campaign
• Identifying key disability issues in local communities
• Future plans for national campaigning
Teas and Coffees will be served on the day.
