New Member Spotlight - Crann

We are delighted to welcome Crann as a new DFI member. 

Crann provides life-long solutions for people & families living with neuro-physical disabilities.

Their Model of Care is based on the Aspen Institute’s 2 Generation Model, supporting both the person with neuro-physical disability and their partners, parents, and siblings.

Crann’s model of care is focused on six services that offer holistic and comprehensive wraparound care programmes with personalised plans for each client and family member, offered at their centre in Ballincollig, County Cork.
