We are delighted to invite you to a FREE DFI seminar entitled 'The HR and Employment Law Landscape 2018: What employers need to know' which will be presented by Katie Ridge and Susan Nicholson from Adare HR.
The presentation will cover the following critically important areas;
- The planned introduction of zero hour's legislation and banning of zero hour's contracts
- The actual implications for HR in carrying out investigations and disciplinary processes following the Lyons High Court decision
- GDPR and its impact on HR
- The new WRC Code of Practice on Longer Working (Retirement).
Other key developments in the sector including pay, union engagement and more will be discussed.
