DFI and Adare present: HR Seminar on Benchmarking your HR practice

Adare Human Resource Management in partnership with the Disability Federation of Ireland are pleased to invite you to this free HR event entitled ‘Benchmarking your HR Practices within and beyond the Not for Profit Sector’ which will be presented by Derek McKay, Managing Director of Adare Human Resource Management. This event will cover critically important HR areas providing in-depth information taken from the Adare Human Resource Management HR Barometer, a national survey covering key areas within HR, Employment Law and Industrial Relations from more than 250 Organisations across the country who participated in the survey. Areas that will be discussed include:
- Average absenteeism rates
- Levels of Employee turnover
- Average number of training days per Employee per year
- Ratios of HR staff to Employee
- The main causes of Employee disputes amongst Irish Organisations
- Trends in Pay and Retirement Ages
- The top three biggest likely challenges to HR in 2020
