What is this webinar about?

As the lockdown restrictions continue to ease and as Society and Organisations reopen, it is critical that all Organisations ensure the effective implementation of the Return to Work Safely Protocols and implement practical HR measures.

We will discuss practical considerations, answer key questions and provide guidance for Organisations on what they need to do and what they should consider in this area. We will also share our insights into other key impacts for Organisations on changing the HR and Employment Law landscape, including updates to employment legislation.

Why you should join this webinar? We will be discussing:

· What should an Employer do if an employee refuses to return to work?

· What are an Employers HR and H&S obligations?

· What employee well-being measures should Employers put in place?

· What other organisations are doing to manage flexible or hybrid working?

· Prevalence of conflict and disputes and how to avoid issues when managing return to the workplace

· Updates on Recent employment law changes such as statutory sick pay, anti-bullying code of practice and the right to disconnect

Every Organisation has obligations to ensure the health and safety of both their employees and visitors to their premises and so the implementation of a carefully considered return to work plan is business critical.
