DFI will be hosting two self-advocacy sharing and learning events for member organisations in March and April.
The 'Making Advocacy Real' events will take place on Wednesday 20 March in DFI’s offices in Dublin and on Tuesday 9 April in the Clayton Hotel in Galway.
Registration is open for both of these events at the following links:

These events follow on from DFI’s self-advocacy learning event which took place in Cork last November.
Commenting about the upcoming events, DFI’s PJ Cleere said, “These events are being offered by DFI in response to requests from our member organisations. We are targeting these events to CEOs, Managers and Advocacy Co-ordinators.
"These events will offer attendees an opportunity to reflect on best practice in self-advocacy and to work towards the development of a co-designed DFI Self-Advocacy Toolkit.”
