DFI Does Not Engage in Door-to-Door Fundraising
The Disability Federation of Ireland (DFI) has been made aware of reports that an individual claiming to represent us is visiting homes and requesting monthly donations. We want to make it absolutely clear: DFI does not conduct street or door-to-door fundraising activities.
Protect Yourself
This individual is not affiliated with DFI in any way. If someone comes to your door claiming to represent DFI and asks for donations or personal financial information, please do the following:
Do not provide any bank details or personal information.
Politely decline and close your door.
Report the incident to your local Gardaí and inform DFI.
