Article 27 of the UN CRPD recognises the right of people with disabilities to work on an equal basis with others, to training, return to work, and reasonable accommodation.[1]
Article 28 of the UN CRPD recognises the right of people with disabilities to an adequate standard of living and social protection. It also recognises their right to the continuous improvement of living conditions, to poverty reduction programmes and to state assistance with the extra Cost of Disability.[2]
